Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Not be damaged, altered or washed

  • Have all original tags and packaging, where applicable

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested product, size or variant.

Unstitched Items

Unstitched items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review the product description, images and other available details carefully before placing an order for unstitched products.

Return Shipping

Unless the product received is incorrect or damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service when returning an item.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged

  • Defective

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant details and photographs of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, BIBLIOSMIA will take responsibility for resolving the matter, including providing an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.

Please do not return a damaged or incorrect product without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
